Clarity Through Change Schedule a Meet & Greet For professionals and leaders navigating change, expanded responsibility, and the complex decisions that come with growth.

You may be here because something no longer fits.

Perhaps you are adjusting to a new role, a shift in responsibility, or a change you did not fully choose. Perhaps nothing dramatic has happened, but the way you once made decisions or understood your direction no longer feels reliable.

I work with experienced professionals and leaders navigating change, expanded responsibility, communication challenges, and meaningful career decisions. Many of my clients work in design, research, product, customer experience, and technology-adjacent roles, where the work often involves ambiguity, complex systems, and a high degree of responsibility.

Many clients arrive at this point still performing well. They are capable, experienced, and trusted by others. Yet internally, they may notice second-guessing decisions that once felt straightforward, hesitating before conversations they would normally enter confidently, or questioning assumptions they have carried for years.

This is often how transition begins. Not as crisis, but as recalibration.

During these periods, pushing for quick answers rarely produces clarity. What tends to help is structured space to examine what is shifting, what still fits, and what is ready to evolve.

What This Coaching Offers

Coaching provides dedicated space for reflection, careful sensemaking, and practical movement during periods of change.

Understand what is actually shifting and why it feels unsettled
Clarify what matters now, rather than what used to matter
Navigate communication challenges with more steadiness and intention

The work is reflective and practical. There is no pressure to optimize or force decisions before they are ready. As clarity strengthens, choices tend to feel more deliberate, communication becomes more grounded, and next steps become easier to identify.

The goal is not simply to feel better in the moment, but to think, communicate, and lead differently as change unfolds.

What To Expect

Coaching is offered in a simple, month-to-month structure.

Most private clients meet for two sessions per month. This rhythm provides continuity without becoming another obligation. We revisit the structure periodically to ensure the work remains useful and aligned with what you need.

Sessions are private, conversational, and thoughtfully structured. There is room to clarify goals, explore unfinished questions, examine patterns, strengthen communication, and test emerging perspectives in a setting that supports clear thinking.

Over time, clients often notice greater discernment in their decisions, clearer communication in complex conversations, and a renewed sense of confidence in how they lead, work, and navigate uncertainty.

I’m Stephanie. I work with professionals and leaders navigating periods of change when familiar ways of working, leading, or making decisions no longer feel aligned.

My approach is informed by formal training in coaching psychology, behavior change, and lifestyle medicine, along with 20+ years of experience in customer experience, UX, research, design strategy, and technology-adjacent leadership environments.

Before founding Thrive Dept., I led customer experience and user experience teams through enterprise transformation, distributed team growth, organizational change, and complex cross-functional work.

I am comfortable working in ambiguity and unfinished questions. Rather than pushing for quick answers, I focus on helping clients examine assumptions, refine judgment, strengthen communication, and navigate complexity with greater clarity.

Thrive Dept. was created as a private coaching practice to support people during in-between periods, when careful reflection can lead not only to clearer decisions, but to meaningful professional and personal growth.
