Hi, I’m Stephanie. I’m a former design executive who has spent the last 18+ years of my career leading high-impact design teams while driving culture change and experience transformation. I’m also formally trained and credentialed in health, wellness, and lifestyle medicine coaching.

Having served as a transformational design leader for nearly 20 years, I’ve learned that the well-being struggles that leaders face across all industries and company sizes are largely the same, and driven by three main factors:

Executive leadership requires that you raise your game, and then keep on raising it.

Focus on careers while compromising other aspects of our own well-being.

Prioritize doing well over being well.

Most leaders and high-achievers, I’ve found, find themselves feeling pressure from one or all of these factors. After coaching people at all levels, I’ve learned that there is a system for improving both performance and overall well-being. When that system is internalized, it promotes confidence and reduces stress.

Our Coaching Process

Transcend your own growth edges for a whole new level of impact.

  • Explore

    During your first session, your coach will guide you through a process of self-exploration. We’ll help you drill deep and pinpoint areas that may be out of balance.

    From there, we’ll identify what could benefit most from change, and talk about what you’d like to get out of your sessions.

  • Experiment

    Working together, we’ll identify inner resources so you can tap into your own expertise about what you most need.

    You’ll create the measurable goals and action steps for experimentation needed to reach those goals. Over time, these experiments will lead to better long-term habits.

  • Expand

    From here, we’ll kick off each session with a discussion on progress–including new insights and unexpected obstacles.  We will also reinforce your new habits.

    As you expand and reach your goals, your coach will affirm your successes, support your experimentation, and help you set new goals to tackle.

Executive Wellness Coaching Program (Most Popular!)

In just six months, you can transform your life and career through our Executive Wellness Coaching Program. Take control of your well-being, enhance your leadership performance, and create the life you want.

Our Executive Wellness Coaching Program begins with a comprehensive assessment of your current state of well-being and professional life. From there, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation during personal coaching sessions every other week with Coach Steph over three to six months. We also understand the importance of consistent support. We offer unlimited email and messaging access to your coach.

Picture yourself six months from now, performing at the top of your game without burnout or sacrificing your personal life. You’ll set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and personally meaningful. You’ll have a clear vision of where you want to be, who you want to surround yourself with, and what you want to achieve. You’ll embrace a profound sense of purpose and experience the warm satisfaction of a life well-lived. You’ll have a strategy for managing stress and building resilience, promoting your well-being and career performance.

Targeted Wellness Coaching Program

This 8-week program is for clients who seek targeted coaching sessions on a specific, habit-related issue. It’s a great opportunity for when you have a single issue for which you need a targeted strategy along with an accountability partner to help you make the change stick. Our program starts with a 90-minute session for self-exploration and goal setting.  From there, we engage in weekly 30-minute sessions to promote experimentation and new habit formation.

This works well for clients who understand their challenges and want to make a change right now. It’s is not ideal for people who have have never had a coach before and are not sure of their next move.

Thrive Dept. is a private coaching practice supporting professionals navigating change, uncertainty, and periods of transition. Founded by Stephanie Sansoucie, Thrive Dept. offers calm, client-led coaching focused on clarity, discernment, and steady forward movement.

The work is grounded in nearly two decades of experience supporting professionals in complex, fast-moving environments, along with formal training in coaching psychology and behavior change.

Past clients have included professionals working across healthcare, technology, finance, education, and consumer brands.
